Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing & Shipment

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. Processing time depends on stock availability and order complexity. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by location and courier:

Metro areas
(Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide) 		3–7 business days
Regional Australia 7–14 business days

Courier variation: Delivery speed depends on your chosen courier at checkout (Australia Post, Express, or Standard options). Standard options take longer but cost less.

Delivery Requirements

Important: Standard AU delivery requires someone to be home to receive the parcel. If no one is home at delivery, your courier will leave a card with instructions to collect from your nearest depot or Australia Post office.

Delivery Eligibility

Orders placed before 3pm (Sun–Fri) ship the same or next business day. If you're not home, your courier will notify you with an alternate collection point (usually your nearest depot or Australia Post office).

Remote & Regional Delivery

Some remote Australian locations (Roma, Weipa, Nhulunbuy, and areas requiring air/barge/boat access) may incur surcharges or route to local depots/Post offices for pickup. Contact us at levoit-au@dmdasher.com if your postcode is affected.

Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive tracking updates. You can monitor delivery status via your tracking link.
